Sail La Vie emerges from the passion of ocean enthusiasts Oleg Nakarikov and Marina Lescheva(Cay).

Founding the sailing school and club, their mission is to impart the art of sailing, living aboard, and exploring the open waters. Continuing their mission, they operate Boat Rental at Friday Harbour, infusing their wealth of experience into every aspect of the business.

As an airline pilot, he developed and implemented his own training methodology, based on a symbiosis of high aviation safety standards and seamanship. A person who swapped wings for sails.

Sailing Experience:
Trans-Ocean passages. More than 70,000nm, with over 250 weeks in the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas, Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans.

Trans-Ocean passage. More than 50,000nm, with over 200 weeks in the Caribbean, Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas, and Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Oceans.
